Do you do any commissions?

Yes, I sure do!  Drop me a note at [email protected] and I'd love to hear what you have in mind :-)

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.  We process + encrypt your purchasing and info via Stripe with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to keep your information safe.

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship both in the US and internationally.

** If you live in Marin / Bay Area, we happily provide free pick-up of the painting in Point Reyes Station at my studio or in Mill Valley where I live. Please email me at [email protected] to take advantage of local pick-up. **

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We are also not responsible for customs/duties charges. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information entered. 

How long will it take me to receive my painting?

Depending on your location, your painting will arrive within 2 - 4 weeks after the order is placed.

Local pick-up in Marin / Bay Area is available within 1 - 3 business days.

 

Do you accept returns?

There are no refunds or exchanges. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Any refused shipments sent back to clairelew.com do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with clairelew.com for refused shipments.
